It seems that the kids have grown so much these last few months.
Carter loves first grade and enjoys his teacher. His teacher tells me he is quite the good student. She asked me if he could be tested for being gifted, especially in the math area. He is still quite the social bug. I love watching this kid grow up. It seems that when school starts I don't get to see him very much, but when he comes home he has all kinds of things to tell us. He is wise beyond his years.
Cooper goes to pre-school 4 times a week and is sad when it is not a pre-school day. It was an adjustment with a new teacher, but he likes her now. He still talks about his old teacher often. Cooper was having difficulties with a few different words and sounds, but most can understand him now. Cooper scored his first soccer goal! So excited for him, I was taking Hallie to the bathroom and missed it.
Hallie is talking up a storm. She is a tease to her brothers, and a good big sister to Hayden. She loves coloring all over herself, walls, and anything else besides paper. The other night I gave her the option of bending over for a spanking or going to bed. She bent over nicely so I could spank her, I couldn't do it, she is too cute.
Hayden is smiling and cooing, she loves sitting in her bumbo and rolling over on to her tummy. She is sleeping good at night. Most nights she wakes up between 3 and 4, I feed her and she goes right back to sleep until the kids wake her up around 7. An audiologist came to our house and filled her ear up with goop to make her ear molds for her hearing aides. The ear molds are going to be teeny.
